Hadith 24037

حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ ، قَالَ : أَخْرَجَتْ إِلَيْنَا عَائِشَةُ كِسَاءً مُلَبَّدًا ، وَإِزَارًا غَلِيظًا ، فَقَالَتْ : " قُبِضَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي هَذَيْنِ " .
Abu Burdah says that once Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) brought out a sheet, which was called "Malbada," and a thick lower garment before us and said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) departed from this world in these two garments.
