حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَنْصُورٌ , وَحُمَيْدٌ , وَيُونُسُ , عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَخْطُبُنَا فَيَأْمُرُنَا بِالصَّدَقَةِ ، وَيَنْهَانَا عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would always encourage giving charity in his addresses and would forbid mutilation.
