حَدِيثُ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُHadith of al-Bara’ ibn ‘Azib (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith 18662

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ ، عَن أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ ، قَالَ : " رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ يَنْقُلُ التُّرَابَ ، وَقَدْ وَارَى التُّرَابُ شَعَرَ صَدْرِهِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Bara’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that he saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) at the time of the digging of the trench, that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was carrying earth along with the people during the digging of the trench.
