حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الله ، حَدَّثَنَا أبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ . حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : وَحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي . وَحَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الْخَطْمِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عُمَارَةُ بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ ، والْحَارِثُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي قُرَادٍ ، قَالَ : " خَرَجْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَاجًّا ، فَرَأَيْتُهُ خَرَجَ مِنَ الْخَلَاءِ ، فَاتَّبَعْتُهُ بِالْإِدَاوَةِ أَوْ الْقَدَحِ ، فَجَلَسْتُ لَهُ بِالطَّرِيقِ ، وَكَانَ إِذَا أَتَى حَاجَتَهُ أَبْعَدَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Abi Qarad (may Allah be pleased with him) that I set out with the intention of Hajj with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). I saw that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came out of the toilet, so I followed behind the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) carrying a water vessel and sat down on the way. It was the blessed habit of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he used to go far away to relieve himself.
