حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ ، عن حَبِيبِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ ، قَالَ : " شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَفَّلَ الرُّبُعَ بَعْدَ الْخُمُسِ فِي الْبَدْأَةِ ، وَالثُّلُثَ فِي الرَّجْعَةِ " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ : سَمِعْت أَبِي ، يَقُولُ : لَيْسَ فِي الشَّامِ رَجُلٌ أَصَحَّ حَدِيثًا مِنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، يَعْنِي التَّنُوخِيَّ.
It is narrated from Hazrat Habib bin Maslamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) initially gave a quarter of the share as a reward after the khums, and on return, he granted a reward from a third after the khums.
