حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْجُودِيِّ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ أَبِي كَرِيمَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " أَيُّمَا مُسْلِمٍ أَضَافَ قَوْمًا ، فَأَصْبَحَ الضَّيْفُ مَحْرُومًا ، فَإِنَّ حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ نَصْرَهُ حَتَّى يَأْخُذَ بِقِرَى اللَّيْلَةِ لَيْلَتِهِ مِنْ زَرْعِهِ وَمَالِهِ " . .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Miqdam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If a Muslim becomes a guest with a people but is deprived of his right, then it is obligatory upon every Muslim to help him, until he receives from the hosts' crops and wealth in return for the hospitality of that night."
