حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاق ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ ابْنِ رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْيَحْصَبِيِّ قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : قَالَ أَبِي : كَذَا قَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ وإنما هو عبد الله بن عامر اليحصبي ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنَ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْحَقِّ لَا يُبَالُونَ مَنْ خَالَفَهُمْ ، أَوْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Amir Muawiyah, may Allah be pleased with him, that I heard the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "A group from my Ummah will always remain on the truth. They will not care about those who oppose them or those who abandon them, until the command of Allah comes."
