(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي فَزَارَةَ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً عَلَى نَعْلَيْنِ ، فَأَجَازَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نِكَاحَهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Amir that a man from Banu Fazarah married a woman in exchange for a pair of sandals for two pairs of sandals. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) upheld his marriage.
