Hadith 13

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ : " الْمُؤَذِّنُونَ أَطْوَلُ النَّاسِ أَعْنَاقًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَهُمْ أَوَّلُ مَنْ يُكْسَى " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: On the Day of Resurrection, the callers to prayer (muezzins) will have the longest necks among the people, and they will be the first to be clothed.
