The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "What should I recite?" Jibreel said: { اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّکَ الَّذِی خَلَقَ } The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to Hazrat Khadijah and informed her of what he had seen. She went to Waraqah bin Nawfal and mentioned this matter to him. Waraqah said to Khadijah: "Has your husband seen his companion in a waking state?" Khadijah said: "Yes!" Waraqah said: "Then your husband is a Prophet and soon he will be tested by his people."
Hadith 39314
Hazrat Abu Maysarah narrates that when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to an open place, he (peace and blessings be upon him) would hear a caller who would call out to him: "O Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)!" So when he (peace and blessings be upon him) heard this voice, he would begin to walk quickly. Then he (peace and blessings be upon him) came to Hazrat Khadijah and mentioned this matter to her and said: "O Khadijah! I fear that something has become confused in my mind. When I go out to an open place, I hear a caller, but I do not see anything, so I come running. Suddenly, that caller is with me and he is calling out to me." Hazrat Khadijah said: "Allah Almighty will not do such a thing to you. As much as I know you, you confirm the truth, fulfill trusts, and maintain ties of kinship. So Allah Almighty will not do such a thing to you." Hazrat Khadijah secretly mentioned this matter to Hazrat Abu Bakr. Abu Bakr was your (peace and blessings be upon him) friend in the time of ignorance. Hazrat Abu Bakr took your (peace and blessings be upon him) hand and brought you to Waraqah. Waraqah asked: "What is the matter?" You narrated all that Hazrat Khadijah had told you. Then you (peace and blessings be upon him) came to Waraqah and mentioned this incident. Waraqah asked: "Did you see anything?" You (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "No! But when I go outside, I hear a voice and I do not see anything, so I come running. Suddenly, that caller is with me." Waraqah said: "Do not do that. So when you hear the voice, stop until you hear what it says to you." Then when you (peace and blessings be upon him) went out to an open place, you (peace and blessings be upon him) heard a voice: "O Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)!" You (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "I am present!" The caller said: "Say: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the servant and Messenger of Allah." Then the caller recited to you (peace and blessings be upon him) { الْحَمْدُ لِلَّہِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِینَ ، الرَّحْمَن الرَّحِیمِ ، مَالِکِ یَوْمِ الدِّینِ } up to the end of Surah Al-Fatiha. Then you (peace and blessings be upon him) came to Waraqah and mentioned this matter to him, so Waraqah said: "Glad tidings to you, then glad tidings to you, then glad tidings to you. I bear witness that you are indeed that Messenger whose glad tidings Isa gave. (He said:) A Messenger will come after me whose name will be Ahmad. So I bear witness that you are Ahmad, and I bear witness that you are Muhammad, and I bear witness that you are the Messenger of Allah. And it is near that you will be commanded to fight (jihad), and if you are commanded to fight and I am alive, then surely, surely I will fight alongside you (peace and blessings be upon him)." Then (after this) Waraqah passed away. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I saw this Christian scholar in Paradise wearing green garments."

Hasan narrates that Allah Almighty once sent the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to admit a man into Paradise. The narrator says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by one of the places of worship of the Jews, so he went to them while they were reading their book. When they saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), they closed the book and went outside. In one corner of the place of worship, there was a man lying near death. The narrator says: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to that man, and the man said: These people (the Jews) were prevented from reading because you came to them, and they were reading the attributes of a Prophet, which are yours. Then the man went to the book, opened it, and read, then said: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is the Messenger of Allah. Then the soul of that man was taken. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Take care of your brother." The narrator says: Then the Companions washed him, shrouded him, applied perfume, and the funeral prayer was performed over him.
Hadith 39316
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas that Hazrat Jibreel came to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, while he, peace and blessings be upon him, was playing with children. Jibreel caught him, peace and blessings be upon him, and laid him down on the ground, then split open his blessed chest and took out his blessed heart. Then he took out a clot from the blessed heart and said: This is the portion of Satan from you (from your heart). Then Jibreel washed the heart in a golden basin with Zamzam water, then Jibreel sewed up his, peace and blessings be upon him, heart and put it back in its place. The narrator says: The children ran to his, peace and blessings be upon him, mother and wet nurse and said: Muhammad has been killed. The narrator says: People came to him, peace and blessings be upon him, and his color had changed. Hazrat Anas says that I saw the marks of the needle on his, peace and blessings be upon him, chest.
Hadith 39317
Hazrat Jabir says that in the beginning, the revelation to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ceased, and solitude became beloved to him. So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would seclude himself in Hira. During this time, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was in front of Hira, and said: When I heard a faint sound from above me, I raised my head. Suddenly, I saw something on a chair. When I saw it, I became alarmed and looked towards the ground, and I hurriedly came to my family and said, "Cover me with a blanket, cover me with a blanket." Then Gabriel came to me and began to say: { یَا أَیُّہَا الْمُدَّثِّرُ ، قُمْ فَأَنْذِرْ ، وَرَبَّک فَکَبِّرْ ، وَثِیَابَک فَطَہِّرْ ، وَالرُّجْزَ فَاہْجُرْ }.

It is narrated from Hazrat Ikrimah regarding the saying of Allah { یَا أَیُّہَا الْمُدَّثِّرُ }, he said: This matter has been entrusted to you, so stand up with it. And regarding the saying of Allah { یَا أَیُّہَا الْمُزَّمِّلُ }, it is narrated that this matter has been wrapped around you, so stand up with it.
