Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah that the Noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: None of you should prevent his brother from placing wood on his wall. Then Hazrat Abu Hurairah said: What is the matter with me that I find you turning away from this? By Allah, I will continue to narrate this hadith among you. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion has been mentioned that: The neighbor does not have this (right to place wood).
