Hadith 38910
٣٨٩١٠ - حدثنا ابن عيينة عن عبد اللَّه بن دينار عن ابن عمر قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "البيعان بالخيار في بيعهما ما لم يتفرقا إلا أن يكون بيعهما عن خيار" (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The seller and the buyer have the option (to finalize or cancel) in their transaction as long as they do not separate, unless there is some (additional) option in their transaction.
Hadith 38911
٣٨٩١١ - حدثنا يزيد عن شعبة عن قتادة عن صالح أبي الخليل عن عبد اللَّه ابن الحارث عن حكيم بن حزام أن النبي ﷺ قال: "البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا" (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Hakim bin Hizam that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the transaction) as long as they have not separated from each other.
Hadith 38912
٣٨٩١٢ - حدثنا هاشم بن القاسم حدثنا أيوب بن عتبة حدثنا أبو كثير (السحيمي) (١) عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "البيعان بالخيار في بيعهما ما لم يتفرقا أو يكن بيعهما عن خيار" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the sale) as long as they have not separated from each other, or unless there is some (additional) option in their transaction.
Hadith 38913
٣٨٩١٣ - حدثنا الفضل بن دكين عن (حماد) (١) بن زيد (عن) (٢) جميل بن مرة عن أبي الوضئ عن أبي برزة قال: قال النبي ﷺ: "البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا" (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Barzah that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the transaction) until they separate from each other.
Hadith 38914
٣٨٩١٤ - [حدثنا عفان حدثنا همام عن قتادة عن الحسن عن سمرة عن النبي ﷺ قال: "البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا"] (١) (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Samurah that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that the seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the deal) until they separate from each other. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's opinion is mentioned that: the sale becomes valid (enforceable) even if mutual separation has not occurred.
