Killing One Who Marries a Mahram
Hadith 38903
٣٨٩٠٣ - حدثنا حفص وعبد الرحيم بن سليمان عن (المجالد) (١) عن أبي الوداك جبر بن نوف عن أبي سعيد قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: " (ذكاة) (٢) الجنين (ذكاة) (٣) أمه إذا أَشْعَرَ" (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Slaughtering the mother is the same as slaughtering the fetus when its hair has appeared. And (Imam) Abu Hanifa's statement is mentioned that: Slaughtering the fetus's mother will not be considered as slaughtering the fetus.
