في النهي عن تقليد الإبل الأوتار
Prohibition of Tying a Camel (or Horse) with a Bowstring
Hadith 35742
٣٥٧٤٢ - حدثنا معاوية بن هشام قال: ثنا مالك بن أنس عن عبد اللَّه بن أبي بكر عن عباد بن تميم عن أبي بشير الأنصاري قال: كنا مع النبي ﷺ في بعض أسفاره فأرسل رسولًا: لا يبقى في عنق بعير قلادة من وتر إلا قطعت (١).
Hazrat Abu Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that we were on a journey with the Holy Prophet ﷺ. The Prophet ﷺ sent a messenger to announce: Do not tie a collar around the camel’s neck without cutting the bowstring.
Hadith 35743
٣٥٧٤٣ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا ابن عون عن (سعيد) (١) البزار عن مكحول قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "قلدوها: ولا تقلدوها الأوتار" -يعني الخيل (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Mak'hool (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Tie collars on horses, but do not tie horses with the string of a bow.
Hadith 35744
٣٥٧٤٤ - حدثنا أبو أسامة قال: ثنا عبد الرحمن بن يزيد بن جابر قال: حدثني القاسم عن أبي أمامة قال: قلدوها ولا تقلدوها الأوتار -يعني الخيل (١).
It is narrated in the same manner from Hazrat Abu Usamah.
Hadith 35745
٣٥٧٤٥ - [حدثنا وكيع قال: حدثنا سفيان عن برد عن مكحول قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "قلدوا الخيل] (١) ولا تقلدوها الأوتار" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Mak'hool (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Tie collars on horses, but do not tie them with the string of a bow.
