Hadith 35439
٣٥٤٣٩ - حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن (بريد) (١) بن عبد اللَّه عن أبي بردة عن أبي موسى قال: قدمنا على رسول اللَّه ﷺ بعد فتح خيبر بثلاث، فقسم لنا ولم يقسم لأحد لم يشهد الفتح غيرنا (٢).
Hazrat Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that after the conquest of Khaybar, we joined the army of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted us a share from the spoils of war, and did not grant a share to anyone else who had not participated in the battle.
Hadith 35440
٣٥٤٤٠ - حدثنا يحيى بن زكريا بن أبي زائدة عن مجالد عن عامر قال: كتب عمر إلى سعد يوم القادسية إني قد بعثت إليك أهل الحجاز وأهل الشام فمن أدرك منهم القتال قبل أن (ينفضوا) (١) فأسهم لهم (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Aamir (may Allah be pleased with him) that Hazrat Umair (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote to Hazrat Saad bin Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) on the day of Qadisiyyah: I am sending to you the people of Hijaz and Shaam; whoever among them joins the battle before the corpses become spoiled, give him a share in the spoils.
Hadith 35441
٣٥٤٤١ - حدثنا عبد اللَّه بن إدريس عن محمد بن إسحاق عن يزيد يعني ابن أبي حبيب (١) أن أبا بكر بعث عكرمة بن أبي جهل ممدًا للمهاجر بن أبي أمية وزياد بن لبيد (البياضي) (٢) فانتهوا إلى القوم وقد فتح عليهم والقوم في دمائهم، قال: (فأشركوهم) (٣) في غنيمتهم (٤).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abi Habib (may Allah be pleased with him) that Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddiq (may Allah be pleased with him) sent Hazrat Ikrimah bin Abi Jahl to assist Muhajir bin Abi Umayyah and Ziyad bin Labid. When he reached them, they had already achieved victory, and their bodies, covered in blood, were present. He included them as well in the spoils of war.
Hadith 35442
٣٥٤٤٢ - حدثنا (وكيع قال: حدثنا) (١) المسعودي عن الحكم (أن) (٢) النبي ﷺ قسم لجعفر وأصحابه يوم خيبر ولم يشهدوا الوقعة (٣).
It is narrated from Hazrat Hakam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave a share from the spoils of war on the day of Khaybar to Ja'far and his companions, even though they had not participated in the Battle of Khaybar.
