Hadith 33641
٣٣٦٤١ - حدثنا حفص عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم في أمة ولدت ثلاثة أولاد فادعا مولاها الأول والأوسط ونفى الآخر (قال) (١): (هو كما قال) (٢).
Ibrahim, regarding the slave woman who gave birth to three children and whose master claims paternity for the first and the middle child but denies paternity for the last one, says that it is as he is saying.
Hadith 33642
٣٣٦٤٢ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن جابر عن عامر في الرجل يولد له الولدان (فينفي) (١) أحدهما، قال: يقر بهما جميعا، أو ينفيهما جميعا.
Aamir says about the man who has two children and denies the lineage of one of them, that he should either acknowledge both or deny both.
