Hadith 33495
٣٣٤٩٥ - حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن (شباك) (١) عن الشعبي عن علي في الخنثى قال: يورث من قبل مباله (٢).
Shu'bi narrates the statement of Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) regarding the hermaphrodite, that in determining his inheritance, consideration will be given to the organ through which he urinates.
Hadith 33496
٣٣٤٩٦ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا الحسن بن كثير الأحمسي عن أبيه أن معاوية أُتي في خنثى فأرسلهم إلى (علي) (١) فقال: يورث من حيث يبول (٢).
Kathir Ahmasi narrates that a case regarding a hermaphrodite was brought before Hazrat Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him), so he sent those who asked to Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). He said that inheritance should be determined based on the organ from which the person urinates.
Hadith 33497
٣٣٤٩٧ - حدثنا علي بن مسهر عن سعيد عن قتادة عن جابر بن زيد والحسن في الخنثى قالا: يورث من مباله.
Qatadah narrates that Hazrat Jabir bin Zaid and Hasan said regarding the hermaphrodite that inheritance should be determined according to the place from which the person urinates. Qatadah says that then I mentioned this to Saeed bin Musayyib, and he said: Yes! And if the person urinates from both passages, then the passage from which urine comes first will be considered.
Hadith 33499
٣٣٤٩٩ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا عمر بن بشير الهمداني عن الشعبي في مولود ولد ليس له ما للذكر ولا ما للأنثى، يبول من (سرته) (١) قال: له نصف حظ الأنثى ونصف حظ الذكر.
Umar bin Basheer Hamdani narrates that Hazrat Sha'bi said regarding the child who had no urinary organ, neither like a man nor like a woman, and who urinated through his navel, that he should be given half of a woman's share of inheritance and half of a man's share of inheritance.
Hadith 33500
٣٣٥٠٠ - حدثنا ابن عبادة عن محمد بن عبد الرحمن (العدني) (١) عن أبي جعفر في الخنثى: يورث من مباله، (و) (٢) إن بال منهما جميعا فمن أيهما سبق.
Muhammad bin Abdur Rahman Adani narrates that Hazrat Abu Ja'far said regarding the hermaphrodite that inheritance should be determined according to the place from which he urinates, and if he urinates from both passages, then the place from which he urinates first will be considered.
