Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Awza'i narrates that Hazrat Mak'hool said that the woman who performs li'an will inherit all the wealth of her son.

Yunus narrates that Hasan said: The woman who performs li'an will receive the entire inheritance of her son.

Ibrahim narrates that Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the son of the woman who performed li'an, that all his inheritance is for his mother; so if his mother is not present, then for the boy’s 'asaba (paternal relatives). And Ibrahim said that all his inheritance is for his mother, and the blood money on his behalf will be paid by his 'asaba. And this is the same ruling for the child of adultery and for the child of a Christian woman if his mother is Muslim.

Ibrahim narrates that Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding the son of the woman who performed li'an that his inheritance is for his mother; so if his mother has passed away, then her heirs will be his heirs.

Mutarrif narrates that Hazrat Sha'bi said: The son of the woman who performs li'an will be her heir, and then when her son also dies, his heirs will be those who are the heirs of his mother.

Qatada narrates that Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the son of the woman who performs li'an will be her heir.
