Regarding Those Who Do Not Give Preference to the Mother over the Grandfather
Hadith 33385
٣٣٣٨٥ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا الأعمش عن إبراهيم عن عمر وعبد اللَّه أنهما كانا لا يفضلان أما على جد (١).
Ibrahim states that Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) did not give preference to the mother over the grandfather.
