Regarding Relatives Who Prevent Maternal Brothers from Inheriting
Hadith 33298
٣٣٢٩٨ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال: ثنا مندل عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم قال: لا يرث الإخوة من الأم مع ولد ولا ولد ابن ذكر ولا أنثى ولا مع أب ولا مع جد.
It is narrated from A'mash that Ibrahim said: Maternal half-brothers do not inherit when there is a son, a daughter, or when there is a grandson, a granddaughter, or when there is a father or a grandfather.
