Hadith 33168
٣٣١٦٨ - حدثنا ابن فضيل عن بسام عن فضيل عن إبراهيم في امرأة تركت إخوتها (لأمها) (١) رجالًا ونساء وهم بنو عمها في العصبة قال: يقتسمون الثلث بينهم، الرجال والنساء فيه سواء، والثلثان الباقيان لذكورهم خالصًا دون النساء في قضاء أصحاب محمد ﷺ كلهم (٢).
Ibrahim narrates regarding the woman who died leaving behind her maternal brother and sister, and also paternal cousins from among the 'asaba. He said that they will divide one-third of the wealth among themselves, in which the share of men and women will be equal, and the remaining two-thirds will be only for the men among them, not for the women. This is the decision of all the noble Companions. And according to the opinion of all the authorities, this issue will be resolved from three shares.
Hadith 33169
٣٣١٦٩ - (قال أبو بكر) (١): وهذه في قولهم جميعًا من ثلاثة أسهم.
33169 - (Abu Bakr said) (1): And this, according to all of them, is from three shares.
