Regarding Bequests for Harbi (Non-Muslim Enemies)
Hadith 33087
٣٣٠٨٧ - حدثنا (عبيد اللَّه) (١) بن موسى قال: قال سفيان: (لا) (٢) (يجوز) (٣) وصية لأهل الحرب.
Ubaidullah bin Musa narrates that Sufyan said: It is not permissible to make a will for the people of war.
