Regarding a Man Who Makes a Bequest for 'Those Who Come After'
Hadith 33079
٣٣٠٧٩ - حدثنا يحيى بن يمان عن سفيان عن عبد الملك عن عطاء في رجل أوصى لعقب بني فلان قال: ليس المرأة من العقب.
It is narrated from Abdul Malik that Hazrat Ata said regarding the person who made a bequest for the heirs of someone, that "A woman is not among the heirs after a man."
Hadith 33080
٣٣٠٨٠ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن ابن أبي ذئب عن الزهري قال: عقب الرجل ولده، وولد ولده من الذكور.
It is narrated from Ibn Abi Dhi'b that Zuhri said: Among the people after a man are his male offspring, and then their male offspring.
