Hadith 33065
٣٣٠٦٥ - حدثنا زيد بن الحباب عن (هارون) (١) (بن) (٢) إبراهيم عن ابن سيرين سئل عن رجل قال: إن حدث بي حدث فعبدي حر فاحتاج إليه، أله أن يبيعه؟ قال: نعم.
Ibrahim narrates that it was asked from Hazrat Muhammad bin Sirin about a man who had said that if he were to fall ill, his slave would be free. Then he needed to sell him; can he sell him? He replied: "Yes!"
Hadith 33066
٣٣٠٦٦ - حدثنا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن عامر في رجل قال لعبده: إن مت في مرضي هذا فأنت حر، قال: ليس له أن يبيعه حتى يموت.
It is narrated from Jabir that Hazrat Amir said regarding the man who said to his slave, "If I die from this illness, then you are free," that it is not permissible for him to sell that slave until his death.
