Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Jabir narrates from Hazrat Qasim and Sha'bi that if a man who is afflicted with leprosy admits that his brother is a partner in his wealth, and if witnesses testify that he made this will before the onset of the illness, then he can make his brother a partner in his wealth.
