٣٣٠٣٩ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن أبي عوانة قال: سئل حماد عن رجل أوصى في الفقراء بدراهم قال: لم ير بأسًا أن يفضل بعضهم على بعض بقدر الحاجة.
Abu Awanah narrates that Hammad was asked about a man who had made a bequest to give some dirhams to the poor; he replied that we see no harm in giving preference to some poor people over others according to their need.
