Hadith 33023
٣٣٠٢٣ - حدثنا ابن نمير عن حجاج عن أبي إسحاق أن شريحًا كان يجيز شهادة الأوصياء.
Abu Ishaq narrates that Hazrat Shurayh used to accept the testimony of the executors of a will.
Hadith 33024
٣٣٠٢٤ - حدثنا ابن نمير عن حجاج عن حماد عن إبراهيم مثله.
Hammad has narrated the same thing from Ibrahim.
Hadith 33025
٣٣٠٢٥ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن جابر عن عامر قال: لا يجوز، هو خصم.
Jabir narrates from Hazrat Amir that the testimony of the executor (wasi) is not permissible; rather, he is considered as being on the side of the opposing party.
