Those Who Say a Slave's Bequest Is Executed Where He Makes It
Hadith 32916
٣٢٩١٦ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن هشام عن الحسن ومحمد قالا: وصية الرجل حيث جعلها إلا أن يتهم الوصي (١).
Hisham narrates that Hasan and Muhammad bin Sirin state that a man's will shall be executed at the place where he made it, except if suspicion falls upon the executor of the will.
Hadith 32917
٣٢٩١٧ - حدثنا وكيع قال: ثنا سفيان عن جابر عن عامر قال: الوصي بمنزلة الوالد، وإذا أُتهم الوصي عزل (أو) (١) جعل معه غيره.
It is narrated from Jabir that Hazrat Amir said: The executor of a will is in the position of a father, and if any accusation is made against him, he should be removed or another person should be appointed along with him.
