Hadith 32833
٣٢٨٣٣ - حدثنا يحيى بن آدم قال حدثنا شريك عن منصور (ومغيرة) (١) عن ⦗١٨٩⦘ إبراهيم في رجل ترك ستة (بنين) (٢) وأوصى بمثل نصيب بعض ولده قال: قال منصور: هي من سبعة (يدخل) (٣) معهم.
Mansur and Mughira narrate from Ibrahim regarding the man who omitted six heirs and made a bequest equal to the share of some of the sons. According to Mansur’s narration, he (Ibrahim) said: He should be given one part out of seven, equal to the sons. And according to Mughira’s narration, he said: His share should be reduced and not made equal to any one of the sons.
Hadith 32834
٣٢٨٣٤ - وقال مغيرة: (ينقص) (١) ولا يتم له مثل نصيب أحدهم.
32834 - Al-Mughira said: (It decreases) (1) and he does not receive a share equal to that of any one of them.
