One Who Makes a Bequest During Illness and Recovers Without Changing It
Hadith 32827
٣٢٨٢٧ - حدثنا هشيم عن يونس عن الحسن أنه كان يقول في الرجل إذا أوصى في مرضه ثم برأ فلم يغير وصيته تلك حتى يموت بعد، قال: يؤخذ بما فيها.
It is narrated from Yunus that Hasan used to say regarding a person who makes a will during illness, then recovers, and does not change his will until he dies in that state, he said that his wealth will be taken according to his will.
Hadith 32828
٣٢٨٢٨ - حدثنا ابن مهدي عن حماد بن سلمة عن قتادة عن عبد الملك بن يعلى في رجل أوصى بوصية في مرضه فبرأ ثم تركها حتى مات، قال: جائزة.
Qatadah narrates from Abdul Malik about the man who made a will during his illness, then recovered, and left the will unchanged until his death; he said that the will shall be executed.
