Hadith 32795
٣٢٧٩٥ - حدثنا زيد بن حباب عن حماد بن سلمة عن قتادة عن سعيد بن المسيب في رجل أوصى، (قال) (١): ثلثي لفلان، فإن مات فهو لفلان، قال: هو للأول.
Qatada narrates from Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib regarding the man who says that a third of my wealth is for such-and-such person, and if he dies during my lifetime, then it is for another person; he (Saeed bin Musayyib) said: that wealth will be given to the first person.
Hadith 32796
٣٢٧٩٦ - حدثنا زيد بن (الحباب) (١) عن حماد بن سلمة عن قتادة عن الحسن قال: هو للأول.
Qatadah also narrates this from Hasan.
Hadith 32797
٣٢٧٩٧ - حدثنا زيد بن حباب عن حماد عن قتادة عن حميد بن عبد الرحمن قال: يجري كما قال.
Qatadah narrates from Hazrat Humaid bin Abdur Rahman that the action will be carried out exactly as the one making the will has stated.

٣٢٧٩٨ - حدثنا زيد بن حباب عن حماد عن هشام بن عروة عن أبيه مثله.
Hisham bin Urwah narrates the same subject from his noble father.
