Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When any one of you intends to have intercourse with his wife, he should recite this supplication: "In the name of Allah, O Allah! Protect us from Satan and protect the offspring You grant us from Satan." Then, if a child is destined for them from this act, Satan will never be able to harm him.

Hazrat Abu Saeed, who was the freed slave of Abu Usaid, narrates: I got married while I was still a slave. So I invited a group from among the companions of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), among whom were Hazrat Abu Mas’ud, Hazrat Abu Dharr, Hazrat Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with them), and others. These people taught me etiquette and said: When your wife comes to you, then perform two units of prayer. And ask Allah for goodness in her coming to you. Then seek Allah’s protection from her evil. After that, it is between you and your wife.

Hazrat Alqamah narrates that when Hazrat Ibn Mas'ud would have intercourse with his wife and after ejaculation, he would recite this supplication: O Allah! Whatever offspring You grant us, do not give Satan any share in it.
