Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Abdul Kareem Al-Maktab states that Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Yazid bin Muawiyah said: The words which Hazrat Adam learned from his Lord are as follows: O Allah! There is no deity except You, You are pure, and all praise is for You, I have wronged myself and acted wickedly, so have mercy on me, for You are the Best of merciful ones. O Allah! There is no deity except You, You are pure, and all praise is for You, I have wronged myself and acted wickedly, so accept my repentance, indeed You are the Acceptor of repentance and the Most Merciful.
