Hadith 30337
٣٠٣٣٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم في رجل لاعن امرأته، ففرق بينهما، ثم (أكذب) (١) نفسه، قال: يجلد ويلزق به الولد.
Hazrat Mansur narrates that it is reported from Ibrahim regarding a man who performed li'an with his wife and then retracted his statement; he (Ibrahim) said: He will be given lashes and the child will be attributed to him.
Hadith 30338
٣٠٣٣٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن داود عن سعيد بن المسيب في الملاعن يكذب نفسه قال: يضرب وهو خاطب.
Dawood narrates that it is reported from Hazrat Saeed bin Musayyib regarding the person who performs li'an and then denies himself; he said, he will be flogged while he is one who has proposed marriage.
Hadith 30339
٣٠٣٣٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو بكر بن عياش عن مطرف قال: إذا قذف الرجل امرأته لاعنها، فإن أكذب نفسه بعد ذلك جلد، ويلزق به الولد، وردت إليه امرأته.
Hazrat Abu Bakr bin Ayyash narrates that Hazrat Mutarrif said: When a man accuses his wife and performs li'an with her, then if afterwards he denies himself, he will be flogged, and the child will be attributed to him, and his wife will be returned to him.
Hadith 30340
٣٠٣٤٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو بكر عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الملاعن يكذب نفسه قال: يجلد (الحد) (١).
Hazrat Mughira narrates that it is reported from Ibrahim regarding the one who performs li'an and then denies himself; he said: The hadd (punishment) will be carried out upon him.
Hadith 30341
٣٠٣٤١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا غندر عن شعبة عن الحكم قال: سألته عن الرجل يلاعن امرأته ثم أقر بالولد، قال: يضرب الحد ويلزق به الولد.
Hazrat Sha’bah narrates that I asked Hazrat Hakam about a man who performs li’an with his wife and then later acknowledges the child. He replied: The prescribed punishment (hadd) will be carried out on him, and the child will be attributed to him.
Hadith 30342
٣٠٣٤٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا أبو عاصم عن ابن جريج عن عطاء في الرجل يقذف امرأته، (أو) (١) ينتفي من ولد امرأته ثم يكذب نفسه، قال: يحد.
Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that it is narrated from Hazrat Ata regarding the person who accused his wife or denied the paternity of his wife's child, and then later retracted his statement; he said that the prescribed punishment (hadd) will be imposed on him.
Hadith 30343
٣٠٣٤٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا وكيع (عن سفيان) (١) عن ابن شبرمة عن الحارث.
It is narrated from Hazrat Harith, Hazrat Ata, and Hazrat Shabi regarding the person who performs li'an and then denies himself, all these personalities said: He will be punished with beating.
