Hadith 30251
٣٠٢٥١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبدة عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن قال: إذا قذف الرجلُ (الرجلَ) (١) أقيم عليه الحد، فإن (أعاد) (٢) عليه القذف فلا حد عليه إلا أن يحدث له (قذفًا) (٣) آخر.
Hazrat Qatadah says that Hasan Basri stated: When a person accuses a man of slander, the punishment of qazf will be established upon him. Then if he accuses him again, the punishment of qazf will not be carried out upon him. Unless he levels a new accusation of a different kind against him.
Hadith 30252
٣٠٢٥٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن علية عن عيينة بن عبد الرحمن عن أبيه أن عمر لما أمر بأبي بكرة وأصحابه فجلدوا، فعاد أبو بكرة فقال: زنى المغيرة فأراد عمر ⦗٣٩٥⦘ أن يجلده، فقال (علي: علام) (١) تجلده؟ وهل قال: إلا ما قد قال، فتركه (٢).
Hazrat Abdur Rahman narrates that when Hazrat Umar gave the order regarding Hazrat Abu Bakrah and his companions, they were flogged. Then Hazrat Abu Bakrah again said: Mughira has committed adultery. So Hazrat Umar intended to flog him again, but Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: For what reason will you flog him? Has he not already said what he had to say! So he left him.
Hadith 30253
٣٠٢٥٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عفان قال: حدثنا حماد بن سلمة عن حجاج عن فضيل عن إبراهيم في رجل قذف رجلًا فجلد، ثم قذفه (أيضًا، قال: لا يجلد) (١).
Hazrat Fudayl narrates that it is reported from Ibrahim regarding a person who accused another man and as a result was flogged, yet he continued to accuse him. He (Ibrahim) said: He will not be flogged again.
