Regarding the Breaking of an Extra Tooth

٢٩٧٩٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا سهل بن يوسف عن عمرو عن الحسن في السن الزائدة قال: حكومة.
Hazrat Amr states that Hasan Basri said regarding an extra tooth: The matter will be decided by just men.

٢٩٨٠٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا محمد بن بكر عن ابن جريج قال: حدثت عن مكحول عن زيد بن ثابت أنه قال: في السن الزائدة ثلث (السن) (١) (٢).
Hazrat Mak’hool states that Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit said regarding an extra tooth: one-third of the blood money (diyah) will be given for the tooth.
