Hadith 29541
٢٩٥٤١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن أشعث عن الحسن في العبد يجني الجنايات قال: يدفع إليهم (فيقتسمونه) (١) على قدر الجنايات.
Hazrat Ash'ath narrates that Hasan Basri said regarding the slave who has committed multiple offenses: that slave will be handed over to those people, then they will divide him among themselves according to the extent of the crimes.
Hadith 29542
٢٩٥٤٢ - حدثنا أءبوبكر قال: حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد عن سفيان عن عبد الملك عن الشعبي في عبد شج رجلًا، ثم شج آخر، ثم شج آخر، (فقضى به للآخر) (١).
Hazrat Abdul Malik narrates that Imam Shabi was asked about a slave who injured the head of one man, then injured the head of another, and then injured the head of yet another. So he gave the verdict in favor of the last one.
Hadith 29543
٢٩٥٤٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن مهدي عن حماد بن سلمة عن حماد وربيعة قالا: يقتسمونه بالحصص.
Hazrat Hammad bin Salamah states that Hazrat Hammad and Hazrat Rabee’ah said: Those people will divide it according to their respective shares.
