Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Shurayh stated that in the case of the bursting of the bladder, one-third of the blood money (diyah) is due.

Hazrat Abi Majliz said that in the case of the bladder being ruptured, one-third of the blood money (diyah) is due.

Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that I have received this information from Hazrat Sha'bi that when the bladder bursts and a person is no longer able to control urination, then one-third of the blood money (diyah) will be obligatory in this case.

Hazrat Zuhri stated that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, decreed the full blood money (diyah) for injury to the bladder.
