Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Zuhri states that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, decreed a full diyah, that is, one hundred camels, in the case where the male organ is severed from the root or the glans is cut off.

Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Abdullah said that for the glans, the full blood money (diyah) will be given, and if it is less than that, then blood money will be given according to the proportion (i.e., if the entire glans is not cut off).

Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said that there is full blood money (diyah) for the glans.

Hasan says that there is diyah (blood money) for the glans.

Ibrahim says that there is blood money (diyah) for the glans.

Hazrat Amir said that there is diyat (blood money) for the glans.

Hazrat Ibn Jurayj states that Ibn Abi Najih narrated to me from Mujahid that for the glans alone, the full blood money (diyah) is due.

Hazrat Ibn Jurayj said that I asked Ata: What is your opinion if the glans is cut off? He replied that there will be blood money (diyah) for it. I asked: Will it be the full diyah? He replied that he has said so.

Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said that for the glans (of the penis), the full blood money (diyah) will be due.
