Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said: For a wound from which the bone becomes exposed, the compensation is fifteen camels.

It is narrated in a marfu’ form from a man of the family of Umar that for a wound from which the bone becomes exposed, there are fifteen camels (as compensation).

Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz said that for a wound from which the bone becomes exposed, there is a compensation of fifteen camels or an equivalent amount of gold or silver.

Hasan said: For a wound from which the bone becomes exposed, there are fifteen camels (as compensation).

Hazrat Ata says that for a wound from which the bone becomes exposed, there is a penalty of fifteen camels.

Hazrat Ibn Abi Mulaikah said: "There are fifteen camels in it."

Hazrat Abdullah said that for a wound in which the bone becomes exposed, fifteen camels shall be given, divided into five shares.

Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said that for a wound from which the bone becomes exposed, fifteen camels shall be given, divided into four parts: one-fourth of camels entering their fifth year, one-fourth of those in their fourth year, one-fourth of she-camels entering their third year, and one-fourth of she-camels entering their second year.

Hazrat Mak'hool states that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, decreed fifteen camels as compensation for a wound from which the bone becomes exposed.
