Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said that for such a wound on the head or face in which the bone becomes visible, five camels should be given, divided into four parts: one quarter should be a camel entering its fifth year, one quarter a camel entering its fourth year, one quarter a camel entering its third year, and one quarter a camel entering its second year.

Hazrat Abdullah said that for a wound on the head or face in which the bone becomes visible, five camels will be given, divided into five parts.

Hazrat Masruq and Shurayh said that for such wounds on the head and face in which their bone becomes visible, five camels will be given: one of four years, one of five years, one she-camel entering its second year, one she-camel entering its third year, and one camel entering its third year.

According to Ibrahim, for a tooth and such a wound in which the bone becomes visible, the compensation is five camels: two male and female camels of two years, one she-camel of three years, one she-camel of five years, and one she-camel of four years.

It is narrated from Hasan regarding the compensation for such a wound in which the bone becomes visible: a she-camel in its second year, a camel in its third year, and a she-camel in its third year.
