Those who wore the stone of the ring facing the palm
Hadith 26794
٢٦٧٩٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: كان يجعل فصه مما يلي كفه.
Hazrat Mughira narrates about Ibrahim that he used to turn his signet ring towards the palm of his hand.
Hadith 26795
٢٦٧٩٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن عيينة عن أيوب بن موسى عن نافع عن ابن عمر أن النبي ﷺ كان يجعل فصه مما يلي بطن كفه (١).
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Noble Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) used to turn the signet ring towards the inside of his palm.
Hadith 26796
٢٦٧٩٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا حفص عن (ابن) (١) أبي (رواد) (٢) قال: كان عكرمة إذا دخل الخلاء جعل فصه مما يلي بطن كفه.
It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Abi Al-Warad. He says that when Hazrat Ikrimah would go to the toilet, he would turn his ring-stone towards the inside of his palm.
