Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): She says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Adhere to the disliked but beneficial thing, i.e., talbina (a porridge of bran and honey). By the One in Whose hand is my soul, surely it cleanses your stomach just as one of you washes dirt from his face." And whenever anyone from the household of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) fell ill, the pot would remain on the fire continuously until the patient reached one of two ends... death or life.
