Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says regarding those two persons who had a dispute over wealth, and they deposited that wealth with a just person, he said: The wealth will remain in the possession of the just person in that state until one of them presents a witness.
