Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

It is narrated from Hazrat Ibn Sirin that a person bought an animal from another and then traveled on it. When he returned, he found a defect in it. He brought the dispute to Hazrat Shurayh, who said: By riding it, you have given permission for the sale.

Hazrat Hakam gives a ruling about the person who bought an animal, then made it weak, and then found a defect in it. He said: He will return it, and he will also return the difference in price between a fat and a weak animal.
