ما قالوا في لحم الغراب؟
Regarding Eating Crow Meat
Hadith 21055
٢١٠٥٥ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن هشام عن أبيه قال: من يأكل الغراب وقد سماه رسول اللَّه ﷺ (فاسقًا) (١) (٢).
Hazrat Urwah states that whoever eats the flesh of a crow, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) has declared him a transgressor.
Hadith 21056
٢١٠٥٦ - حدثنا أبو أسامة عن عمران بن (حدير) (١) قال: سمعت عكرمة وسئل عن لحم الغراب (والحديا) (٢) فقال: دجاجة (سمينة) (٣).
Hazrat Ikrimah was asked about the meat of a crow, so he replied that it is a fat hen.
Hadith 21057
٢١٠٥٧ - حدثنا عبد الوهاب الثقفي (عن أيوب عن ابن عباس) (١) أنه سئل ⦗٢١٥⦘ عن لحم الغراب (والحُدَيّا) (٢) فقال: أحل اللَّه حلالًا، وحرم حراما، وسكت عن أشياء فما سكت عنه فهو عفو (منه) (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) was asked about the crow and the kite, so he replied: Allah Almighty has declared the unlawful things unlawful and the lawful things lawful. About some things He has remained silent; regarding those about which He has remained silent, there is pardon.
Hadith 21058
٢١٠٥٨ - حدثنا وكيع عن محمد بن مسلم عن عبد الرحمن بن القاسم عن أبيه قال: لا بأس به.
Hazrat Qasim says that there is no harm in it.
Hadith 21059
٢١٠٥٩ - حدثنا عباد عن حجاج أنه كان لا يرى بالطير كله بأسا إلا أن (تقذر) (١) منه شيئًا.
Hazrat Hajjaj considered all birds permissible except those that eat filth.
Hadith 21060
٢١٠٦٠ - حدثنا عباد عن حجاج عمن سمع إبراهيم مثله.
It is also narrated similarly from Ibrahim.
Hadith 21061
٢١٠٦١ - حدثنا وكيع عن أبي مكين عن عكرمة قال: ما لم يحرم عليك (في القرآن) (١) فهو لك حلال.
Hazrat Ikrimah says that those things whose prohibition has not come in the Qur'an are permissible.
