ما قالوا في الرجل يتزوج امرأة في العدة ثم يطلقها؟
If a Man Marries a Woman During Her Waiting Period and Then Divorces Her, What Is the Ruling?
Hadith 20377
٢٠٣٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن نمير عن زكريا عن الشعبي في امرأة تزوجت رجلًا فمكثت عنده سنتين ثم قدم زوجها فأخذها فطلقها الآخر قال: لا طلاق له.
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a woman married a man and then stayed with him for two years, then her (original) husband came and took the woman away, and then the second man divorced her, then his divorce is not valid.
Hadith 20378
٢٠٣٧٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن سفيان عن ابن جريج عن عطاء قال: كل نكاح فاسد لا يثبت، فليس طلاقه فيه (بطلاق) (١).
Hazrat Ata (may Allah have mercy on him) says that every invalid (fasid) marriage has no validity, and its divorce has no status.
