Hadith 20365
٢٠٣٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عبد الأعلى عن يونس عن الحسن قال: الخلع تطليقة بائن، وما اشترطت عليه من الطلاق فهو لها.
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that khul‘ is an irrevocable divorce. If the woman seeking khul‘ stipulates the condition of divorce, then this condition will be considered valid.
