Musannaf Ibn Abi Shaybah

Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say that if a person marries off his minor daughter without her consent and then she wishes to obtain khula without her consent (separation), it is permissible for her to seek khula. However, Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) also used to say that obtaining khula is not permissible without a valid reason.

Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person wants to arrange khula on behalf of his minor daughter but she does not consent, then divorce will take place and her father will be responsible for the compensation.
