Those Scholars Who Say That If a Pregnant Woman's Husband Dies, Her Expenses Are Paid from the Entire Estate
Hadith 20091
٢٠٠٩١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو خالد الأحمر عن أشعث عن الشعبي عن علي وعبد اللَّه وشريح قالوا: ينفق عليها من جميع المال (١).
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah have mercy on him), and Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) say that if the husband of a pregnant woman passes away, her expenses will be provided from the entire wealth.
Hadith 20092
٢٠٠٩٢ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا هشيم عن أشعث عن الشعبي عن عبد اللَّه وشريح قالا: ينفق عليها من جميع المال] (١) (٢).
Hazrat Abdullah and Hazrat Shurayh state that if the husband of a pregnant woman passes away, her expenses will be provided from the entire wealth.
Hadith 20093
٢٠٠٩٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن سفيان (بن) (١) حسين عن الزهري عن سالم عن ابن عمر قال: ينفق عليها من جميع المال (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that if a pregnant woman's husband passes away, then her expenses will be provided from the entire wealth.
Hadith 20094
٢٠٠٩٤ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن إسماعيل بن أبي خالد عن الشعبي وإبراهيم قالا: ينفق عليها من جميع المال] (١).
Hazrat Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) and Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) say that if a pregnant woman's husband passes away, then her expenses will be provided from the entire wealth.
Hadith 20095
٢٠٠٩٥ - [حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا هشيم عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: ينفق ⦗٤١٩⦘ عليها من جميع المال] (١).
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that if a pregnant woman's husband passes away, her expenses will be provided from the entire wealth.
Hadith 20096
٢٠٠٩٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن شعبة عن الحكم عن شريح قال: ينفق عليها من جميع المال.
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a pregnant woman's husband passes away, her expenses will be provided from the entire wealth.
Hadith 20097
٢٠٠٩٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا (١) ابن إدريس عن زكريا عن ابن أشوع قال: كان شريح وقضاة أهل الكوفة [يقولون: ينفق عليها من جميع المال.
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) and the judges of Kufa state that if a pregnant woman's husband passes away, then her expenses will be provided from the entire wealth.
Hadith 20098
٢٠٠٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن سفيان عن منصور عن إبراهيم قال: كان أصحابنا] (١) يقولون: إن كان المال له أُنفق عليها من جميع المال.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) says that our companions state that if a pregnant woman’s husband passes away, then her expenses will be provided from the entire wealth.
Hadith 20099
٢٠٠٩٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يزيد بن هارون عن حجاج عن الحكم عن إبراهيم قال: كان أصحاب عبد اللَّه يقولون: في المتوفى عنها زوجها: إن كان المال كثيرا فنفقتها من نصيب الغلام، وإن كان المال قليلًا من جميع المال.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that the companions of Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) used to say that if a woman's husband passes away, and if the man was wealthy, then her maintenance will be from the child's share, and if he was of little wealth, then the expenses will be taken from the entire wealth.
Hadith 20100
٢٠١٠٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن شعبة عن قتادة [(وحماد) (١).
Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him), Hazrat Hammad (may Allah have mercy on him), Hazrat Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him), and Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) say that if a pregnant woman's husband passes away, then her expenses will be provided from the entire wealth.
